1. Services
We provide eco-minded dry cleaning, laundry, linen care, and related finishing, including optional doorstep pickup and delivery within our coverage area. Service availability, turnaround times, and pricing may vary by garment type and demand. Quotes given verbally or by email are estimates until confirmed.
2. Orders and garments
You are responsible for accurately describing items, noting stains or damage, and following care labels where relevant. We inspect garments on receipt and may decline or recommend an alternative method if cleaning risks damage. Pre-existing wear, colour loss, or construction faults may become more visible after cleaning; we are not liable for issues that result from the inherent condition of the item.
3. Pickup and delivery
Collection and return are available in Islington and selected neighbouring postcodes, subject to confirmation. Please leave items securely and provide clear access instructions. If we cannot complete a scheduled visit due to incorrect details or unavailability, we may rearrange or ask you to drop off at the studio.
4. Payment
Payment is due as agreed at drop-off, collection, or on delivery. We may withhold completed orders until payment is received. Prices include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.
5. Liability
We take reasonable care with every order. If an item is lost or damaged due to our negligence, our liability is limited to the lesser of the garment’s reasonable current value or a fair repair cost, and in any case will not exceed £150 per item unless we have agreed otherwise in writing before cleaning. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

Content on this site is for general information. Do not misuse the site (for example by attempting to disrupt it or submitting unlawful content). Contact forms are for genuine enquiries only.
7. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the UK, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related law.
